ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain applicants records
• Prepare a format JD based on the requirements
• Knowledge of Portals usage for in-house posting.
• Able to handle Portal (in-house) for candidates and employers confirmation.
• Shortlisting of resumes and coordinating with clients for all the necessary requirements from their end .
• Handling the end-to-end process of recruitment and job post for any necessary details.
