Human Resources - Employee Labor & Relations
This is a highly responsible and sensitive position serving the Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) section of the Office of Human Resources (HR). This position is responsible for performing specialized ELR HR functions. This position routinely handles information with a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality, and the incumbent must exercise discretion and use sound judgement.
Bachelor's degree; or a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience. (Note: post high-school education and/or experience may substitute at a comparable rate.)
