What are we looking for? Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to manage and maintain employee data within Workday HCM and deliver accurate reporting and analysis using MS Excel. This role is critical for ensuring data integrity, compliance, and supporting HR decision-making through actionable insights. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in HR data administration. • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM (Core HR, Reporting). • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting; Macros preferred). • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ________________________________________ Preferred Skills • Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations. • Familiarity with other HR tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors). • Experience in HR Shared Services or Global HR Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts •Key Responsibilities • Workday Data Administration o Maintain and update employee records in Workday (e.g., hires, transfers, terminations, organizational changes). o Ensure accuracy and compliance with HR policies and data governance standards. o Support configuration changes and troubleshoot data-related issues in Workday. • Data Analysis & Reporting o Extract, validate, and analyze workforce data from Workday. o Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas). o Provide insights on workforce trends, headcount, attrition, and other HR metrics. • Compliance & Audit o Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. o Support internal and external compliance requirements related to workforce data. • Process Improvement o Identify opportunities to streamline data management processes. o Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement automation and efficiency enhancements.
