نبحث عن تنفيذي مبيعات طموح في مصر لديه خبرة في مبيعات B2B أو SaaS أو التوظيف أو برامج الموارد البشرية. سيكون الدور مسؤولاً عن البحث عن عملاء محتملين، التواصل معهم، حجز العروض التوضيحية، تقديم منصة MTestHub، والمتابعة لإغلاق الصفقات. الراتب الأساسي من EGP 10,000 إلى EGP 30,000 شهريًا بالإضافة إلى 10% مشاركة في الإيرادات المحصلة من العملاء الذين يتم إغلاقهم مباشرة من خلالك.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote B2B HR SaaS Software Sales Representative fluent in English and Arabic (Arabic as a mandatory second language) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience within the HR, HRIS software, recruiting agencies, or recruitment sectors and thrive in a startup environment. This remote role is focused on expanding our footprint across the Middle East, requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, live software demos, and closing deals, while managing diverse time commitments and client meetings.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of MTestHub’s HR software platform across the Middle East market.
  • Conduct live software demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Engage in proactive prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Book and manage meetings through multiple channels to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage time efficiently to accommodate client meetings across various time zones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of HR technology trends and competitor landscape.
  • Operate independently as a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating a hunger for growth and success.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (Arabic as a mandatory second language).
  • Proven sales experience in the HR, HRIS software industry, recruiting agencies, or recruitment sector.
  • Experience working remotely and managing flexible schedules.
  • Strong expertise in conducting live software demos and persuasive presentations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in prospecting, cold calling, and booking meetings through diverse channels.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial personality with a passion for sales and closing deals.
  • Ability to manage multiple client commitments and time zones effectively.
  • Minimum experience: 3-5 years in relevant sales roles within HR or SaaS industries.
  • Strong understanding of startup environments and agility to thrive in fast-paced settings
