HR Specialist

Job Responsibilities

· Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation for all staff in the country

· Assist in workforce planning and job postings

· Support recruitment coordination including sourcing, interview scheduling, document collection, and local onboarding logistics

· Coordinate with government entities and portals for visa processing, labor cards, and compliance matters

· Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers, resolving queries professionally

· Support conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling

· Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives

· Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems

· Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures

· Ensure compliance with local labor law and internal HR policies

· Maintain accurate reporting to the International HCM team on all local activities

· Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes

· Assist in training needs identification and coordination of learning programs

· Track employee development plans and career progression

· Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration

· Maintain records of attendance, leave, and other entitlements

Requirements

· 2 – 5 years of HR experience (generalist or specialist role)

· Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems

Prefered Saudi National
