HR Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Specialist with a salary range of 5000 to 5500, depending on experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, payroll administration, employee leave management, and employee separation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage payroll and ensure timely processing of salaries.
• Handle employee leave requests and maintain leave records.
• Assist in employee evaluations and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Previous experience in HR roles is required.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
