• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Draft and update job descriptions according to hiring needs.
• Build strong talent pipelines for future staffing needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends and best recruitment practices.
