Job Description:

Overview:

The Human Resources (HR) Specialist supports the HR initiatives of the India Buying Office. This includes talent acquisition, payroll, leave management, HR Administration, and all other parts of the Associate’s life cycle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support in Talent Acquisition which includes job posting, screening, candidate coordination & scheduling interviews with respective stakeholders
• Providing payroll input to HR Business Partner ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly payroll adjusting to personnel changes and attendance
• Supporting new joiners with onboarding whilst setting up meet & greets
• Preparing and archiving all Associate’s documents related to personnel file
• 3rd party contract management
• Support in Employee Benefits
• Organize associate engagement activities to encourage collaboration, strengthen associate bonding
• Support the HR Business Partner and Head of Office on other HR needs.

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years working experience in Human Resources in a Multinational organization
• Appropriately handles sensitive and confidential information
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication both verbal & written
• Ability to deliver relevant effective training programs to targeted audiences
• Ability to listen, engage, inspire and influence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
