Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Specialist with 3 years of hands-on experience to support our HR department in delivering effective HR solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and HR-related issues.
  • Support initiatives that foster employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in implementing performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes.
  • Track employee performance metrics and assist managers in coaching and development plans.
  • HR Administration & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and employee files.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in HR audits as required.
  • Training & Development:
  • Support the planning and delivery of training programs and learning initiatives.
  • Identify skill gaps and help recommend development opportunities for staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist or HR specialist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR).
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
