Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support daily HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. The HR Specialist will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes
- Coordinate onboarding and employee orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee documentation
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
- Address employee inquiries and maintain positive employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Prepare HR reports and support performance management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous HR experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Recruitment and interviewing skills
- Strong administrative abilities
- Time management and multitasking
- Knowledge of payroll processes
