We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to oversee and manage all aspects of our human resources practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including planning, job postings, CV screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Oversee payroll and ensure accurate salary and wage calculations.
  • Lead employee performance evaluations and handle the training and development programs.
  • Manage all HR and administrative-related functions within the company.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE
  • Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
