HR Specialist with an Accounting Background

About Us:
We are Almanna for Import & Export, part of Afrah Tobacco Group – UAE, a leading company specializing in the distribution of e-cigarettes and shisha tobacco in Egypt. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist with an Accounting Background to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Handle payroll preparation and related financial documentation.
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and employee benefits.
  • Assist with budget planning and basic accounting tasks.
  • Prepare HR and financial reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or Accounting (experience in both is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR/Accounting software.
