We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Staff to join our innovative events and exhibition company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Lead the recruitment process to fulfill staffing needs for exhibitions and events.
  • Drive employee engagement and promote a positive work environment.
  • Handle PRO-related tasks, including visa processing and renewals.
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance team performance.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports to guide management decisions.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in PRO activities and visa handling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
