We are Looking For HR Supervisor To Join Us From Office Riyadh - KSA : -

Role Description : -

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Grand Community located in Masr Elgedida . The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits administration, and implementing HR management strategies.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, partnering with managers and employees to ensure a smooth and efficient HR function.

Responsibilities : -

Assist with all aspects of the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate screening and onboarding.

Manage employee relations, including handling inquiries, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

Maintain and update employee personnel files and databases.

Develop and deliver HR training programs.

Coordinate employee benefits administration, including open enrollment and ongoing support.

Prepare and process payroll.

Onboard new hires and conduct orientation sessions.

Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is must or a related field.

Hands on all HR functions ( Recruitment, personnel, payroll . performance Management ) is a must.

Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Requirements : -

- Diploma in HR is must.

- Experience 3 years at least in HR field is a must.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Working hours : 9 hours including one our Break.

- One days off

- Fluent in English

- V. Good Knowledge of Microsoft & internet

- Must own a car + valid driving license
