Join our team as an HR Supervisor and play a key role in driving recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and smooth HR operations.
Payroll & Compensation
- Prepare, verify, and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other payroll deductions.
- Manage salary revisions, increments, arrears, and full & final settlements.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll-related inputs and reporting.
HR Operations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee database, HR files, and HRMS records.
- Assist in employee engagement, welfare activities, and communication.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience with strong exposure to payroll processing.
- Solid knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and confidentiality handling.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
