Join our team as an HR Supervisor and play a key role in driving recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and smooth HR operations.

Payroll & Compensation

  • Prepare, verify, and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other payroll deductions.
  • Manage salary revisions, increments, arrears, and full & final settlements.
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll-related inputs and reporting.

HR Operations

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes.
  • Maintain employee database, HR files, and HRMS records.
  • Assist in employee engagement, welfare activities, and communication.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, and HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience with strong exposure to payroll processing.
  • Solid knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and confidentiality handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
