Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations and support the implementation of HR policies and initiatives. The HR Supervisor will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication, adherence to labor laws, and efficient HR processes. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day HR operations and HR team activities
  • Track and process HR-related invoices, recruitment services, training, and staff welfare
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, induction, and talent management processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Oversee performance management and appraisal systems to drive high performance
  • Identify training needs and plan, implement, and monitor development programs
  • Maintain and manage pay structures, salary reviews, and benefits programs
  • Provide HR metrics, reports, and decision-making support to management
  • Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and company regulations
  • Act as the go-to person for employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and HR best practices
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is mandatory
  • Arabic and English speaking is mandatory
