HR Supervisor

Job Title : HR Supervisor

Job Summary:

Manage end-to-end HR operations recruitment, employee relations, payroll , Onbaording & offboarding and compliance, ensuring effective people management, accurate documentation, and full adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Recruitment & Hiring

· Manage the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and job postings to candidate selection, offers, and hiring.

2- HR Operations (Onboarding, Offboarding & Payroll)

  • Manage all HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and employee lifecycle administration.

3- Employee Relations & Investigations

  • Oversee employee relations matters, including handling complaints, conducting investigations, and managing disciplinary actions in line with company policies and labor regulations.

4- Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain and update employee personnel files, HR databases, and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

5- Training & Development

  • Assess training needs, organize and coordinate training programs, and monitor employee development initiatives.

6- Labor Law & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and proper application across all HR practices.

7- General HR Responsibilities

  • Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned to support business needs

Job Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
