Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor to manage and oversee all human resources functions for our maintenance, fit-out, and renovation operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, support site and office staff, and maintain smooth HR operations in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Handle manpower planning for maintenance, fit-out, and renovation projects
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers on staffing needs
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
  • Manage employee attendance, leave, disciplinary actions, and performance records
  • Process payroll coordination, overtime, and employee benefits
  • Handle visa processing, renewals, and government-related documentation (MOHRE, GDRFA, medical, Emirates ID)
  • Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution
  • Prepare HR reports for management as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (is a plus)
  • Minimum 2–5 years HR experience, preferably in construction, maintenance, or fit-out companies
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
  • Experience handling blue-collar and site-based employees
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in manpower mobilization for projects
  • Knowledge of attendance and payroll systems
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
