Job Description:
Pyramid Front Hotel is looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee HR operations, manage recruitment processes, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Requirements:
- This position is only available for residents in Egypt.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Must have at least 3 years of recent experience in the Egyptian market.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor law).
- Proven ability to handle HR operations efficiently and support organizational growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment cycle (posting jobs, screening, interviews, hiring).
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee training programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
- Handle payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
- Support employee relations, resolve conflicts, and enhance engagement.
- Assist in performance management and employee development plans.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.
- Support HR planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
