Job Description:

Pyramid Front Hotel is looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee HR operations, manage recruitment processes, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • This position is only available for residents in Egypt.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Must have at least 3 years of recent experience in the Egyptian market.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor law).
  • Proven ability to handle HR operations efficiently and support organizational growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full recruitment cycle (posting jobs, screening, interviews, hiring).
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee training programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
  • Handle payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
  • Support employee relations, resolve conflicts, and enhance engagement.
  • Assist in performance management and employee development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.
  • Support HR planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
