HR Supervisor ( Male -Saudi National Only )

Job Purpose:

The HR Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the HR operations within the organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives, compliance with Saudi Labor Law, and implementation of best HR practices. The role requires strong leadership, advanced HR knowledge, and proven experience in managing HR teams and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Saudization – Lead recruitment campaigns, manage manpower planning, and ensure compliance with Saudization targets.
  • Personnel Management – Oversee employment contracts, employee records, attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Compensation & Benefits – Supervise payroll, allowances, end-of-service benefits, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Government Relations – Handle all HR-related government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, MHRSD, Labor Office) to ensure timely updates.
  • HR Policies & Procedures – Implement and enhance HR policies, ensuring alignment with company strategy and Saudi regulations.
  • Training & Development – Identify training needs, design development plans, and monitor execution of training programs.
  • Reporting– Prepare HR reports, and provide insights on workforce trends and turnover.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Male candidates are preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and HRDF regulations.
  • Strong command of HR systems
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼13,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
