What You’ll Do:

As our HR Systems Analyst, you will be the bridge between HR operations, IT, and our end users, directly impacting the employee experience and success of our teams by:


  • Optimizing & Maintaining HR Systems:

    • Maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting our HR technology ecosystem (UKG, Axonify, etc.) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

    • Configuring HR systems and integrations to ensure efficient workflows and data accuracy across all platforms.

    • Partnering with IT, HR leaders, and vendors to manage upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and implement new features.

    • Ensuring the integrity and functionality of our HR systems to support our People Pillar.

  • Empowering Teams with Data & Insights:

    • Developing, automating, and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and KPIs such as turnover, headcount, and recruiting.

    • Distributing analytics reports to provide actionable, data-informed insights to leadership.

    • Providing ongoing support to HR and community leadership teams in system navigation and data analysis.

  • Providing Expert Support & Training:

    • Acting as the subject-matter expert for all HR systems, providing direct support to end users.

    • Training associates and leaders on HR systems, tools, and reporting functions to drive adoption and proficiency.

    • Translating business needs into practical system solutions that enhance the employee experience.

  • Driving Compliance & Process Improvement:

    • Maintaining and auditing data to ensure compliance with Heritage policies and regulations, including HIPAA and FLSA.

    • Identifying and recommending continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions for automation.

    • Staying up to date on HR technology trends to enhance HR service delivery.

    • Collaborating cross-functionally to align HR system use with company goals and strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR systems administration, HRIS analysis, or HR data management.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Paylocity, ADP, or Dayforce is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience in multi-site, healthcare, or senior living environments is a plus.
