Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
