Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
