About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, curious, and process-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about understanding structured hiring processes and building a strong talent pipeline. This internship is ideal for individuals eager to explore modern recruitment strategies, including the use of AI-based sourcing tools, screening workflows, and data-driven hiring.

What You Will Learn

✔ End-to-end Talent Acquisition workflow
✔ How structured and process-oriented hiring works in a real environment
✔ Building and maintaining a talent pipeline
✔ Hands-on exposure to AI tools for sourcing, screening & candidate profiling
✔ Resume screening and candidate fitment assessment
✔ Collaboration with senior HR professionals on strategic hiring initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying candidates using traditional and AI-assisted sourcing methods
• Conduct resume screening and basic assessments
• Maintain structured candidate databases and talent pool trackers
• Support the HR team with coordination, follow-ups & interview scheduling
• Experiment with AI tools for sourcing, filtering & engaging with candidates
• Follow structured HR processes and contribute to workflow improvements

Ideal Candidate

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes
• Curious about AI-driven recruitment tools
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
