Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing direction, training, and support.
- Oversee the execution of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle escalated HR issues and provide solutions to complex employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with senior HR leaders to implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Maintain employee records and HR reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and best practices.
