Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Strategy Development
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals dedicated to blue-collar recruitment within the NGO sector.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs of non-profit organizations, focusing on field-based and community-driven roles.
- Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment goals with the organization's mission and objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement & NGO Partnerships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, community organizations, and local leaders to facilitate effective recruitment processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NGO partners, ensuring clear communication and understanding of recruitment needs.
- Coordinate with NGOs to organize recruitment drives, workshops, and community outreach programs.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation sessions and integration into the organization's culture.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Address any challenges or issues that arise during the recruitment process, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on blue-collar recruitment, preferably within the NGO sector.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing HR teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for field recruitment activities.
