HR Technical Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are hiring a HR Technical Recruiter with a strong foundation in computer science or information technology. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, etc.) and have the ability to understand and evaluate technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and assess technical candidates for IT roles (like Software Engineers, QA Testers, DevOps Engineers, Data Analysts, and more).
  • Ability to evaluate IT candidate resumes and assess skill in alignment with job requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary technical screening interviews to gauge candidate proficiency.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and panel interviews.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process: from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified tech candidates through sourcing tools, like LinkedIn, networking, job portals, and tech communities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity and generate regular reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field (e.g., B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/IT, B.Sc in Computer Science, BCA, or equivalent) — Mandatory
  • Minimum 0.6 Months of experience in technical recruitment or IT hiring
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
