Job Title: HR Trainee

About the Role-

We are looking for a HR Trainee to join our team! As a HR Trainee, you will be responsible for Assisting the HR Manager in Recruitment & HR related functions.

1.Assist in understanding job requirements and preparing job descriptions.

2. Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.

3.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

4.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

5. Maintain and update candidate databases.

6.Support in creating recruitment reports and dashboards.

7.Assist in employer branding activities, campus hiring, and recruitment drives.

8. Learn and comply with HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.

9. Assisting in HR Operational Activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA in HR

• Basic understanding of HR.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
