• Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and integrating new employees.
• Employee Relations: Handling conflicts, counseling, fostering positive culture, and managing complaints.
• Training and Development : Skill development Functions
• Performance Management: Overseeing reviews, goal-setting, and training/development programs.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, benefits, and salary reviews.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
