Hartville Hardware | People Development
Love helping people grow and making work easier through clear training and simple processes? As our Training Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for organizing, documenting, and coordinating training that helps teams deliver an exceptional guest experience and strengthens our Hartville Hardware culture.
Partner with leaders to identify training needs by department and location
Create, organize, and maintain training materials and documented processes (safety, POS, receiving, customer service, etc.)
Track training completion and development progress by team member
Coordinate the right training resources (internal trainers, vendors, online tools) and lead training sessions
Use technology to support training, refreshers, and communication
Measure results and share recommendations with leadership
Strong organization and project management skills
Great communication (written and verbal) and a people-first mindset
Experience in training, coaching, or people development (retail experience is a big plus)
Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and documentation tools
Teachable, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years in training/people development or a related field preferred
