HR & Training Coordinator

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs.
  • Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and feedback forms.
  • Track training attendance, completion, and performance outcomes.
  • Manage communication with trainers, participants, and department heads.
  • Maintain an updated training calendar and employee learning records.
  • Support onboarding and induction training for new employees.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and feedback analysis.
  • Handle logistical arrangements (venue, equipment, materials, refreshments, etc.).
  • Prepare periodic reports on training activities and budgets.
  • Collaborate with HR to identify skill gaps and training needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Training Coordination or HR Development.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask effectively.
