Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs.
- Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and feedback forms.
- Track training attendance, completion, and performance outcomes.
- Manage communication with trainers, participants, and department heads.
- Maintain an updated training calendar and employee learning records.
- Support onboarding and induction training for new employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and feedback analysis.
- Handle logistical arrangements (venue, equipment, materials, refreshments, etc.).
- Prepare periodic reports on training activities and budgets.
- Collaborate with HR to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Training Coordination or HR Development.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask effectively.
