Job Title: Junior HR Administrator

Department: Human Resources
Location: Vidyavihar West
Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head

Job Summary:

The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role involves maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The HR Administrator acts as a key link between management and employees, helping to ensure a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR-related letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.).
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll data coordination.
  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee benefits, insurance, and statutory documentation (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Ensure all new employee documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Employee Engagement & Communication
  • Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
  • Performance & Training
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Maintain training records and help with performance review documentation.
  • Exit & Offboarding
  • Coordinate resignation, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure proper clearance procedures are followed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or similar roles (freshers can be considered for junior roles).
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and labor legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational ability.
