Job Summary :

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-administrative operations, office facilities, vendor coordination, and general suppfunctions to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle overall office administration and facility management

Maintain records related to admin activities, assets, and inventories

Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, stationery, pantry, repairs, eMonitor and control office expenses and bills

Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment

Support HR team in onboarding formalities, documentation, attendance, Offical departments

Coordinate travel, accommodation (Tickets & Hotel booking)

Maintain files, documents, and records (physical & digital)

Support management with day-to-day coordination and reporting

Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong organizational and multitasking ability

Basic knowledge of office administration procedures

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Vendor handling and negotiation skills

Problem-solving and follow-up skills
