To support our strategic growth, we are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner Manager to align our human capital initiatives with our core business objectives.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic leadership role within our HR function. As an HRBP Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and department heads within assigned client groups (e.g., Medical, Nursing, Operations, Support Services). You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the hospital's mission, drive organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee engagement. You will act as a consultant on all people-related matters, from talent management to complex employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

  • Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into a cohesive HR strategy.
  • Provide expert HR guidance and coaching to line managers on people management, organizational design, and change management.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount) with business leaders to inform decision-making and develop proactive solutions.

Talent Management & Acquisition:

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to forecast staffing needs, ensure a robust pipeline for critical roles, and support the hiring process for key positions.
  • Lead talent review and succession planning processes for assigned client groups to ensure readiness for key roles.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee retention, particularly for critical clinical and non-clinical staff.

Employee Relations & Performance Management:

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, including coaching managers on feedback, performance improvement plans, and annual appraisal processes.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of hospital policies, procedures, and Saudi Labor Law.

Learning & Development:

  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Partner with the L&D team to develop and deliver relevant programs to bridge skill gaps and support career development.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Advise leadership on compensation decisions (promotions, adjustments) ensuring equity and consistency.
  • Partner with the Total Rewards team on compensation reviews and benchmarking.

HR Projects & Policy:

  • Lead and contribute to hospital-wide HR projects such as HRIS implementation, engagement surveys, and policy reviews.
  • Ensure all HR practices are fully compliant with Saudi Labor Law and CBAHI accreditation standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP in a large hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and its application in a complex organization.
  • Demonstrable experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and influence business strategy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Desirable:

  • Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration (MBA).
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHRi).
  • Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Experience working in a CBAHI or JCI-accredited facility.
