HRIS and Payroll Specialist

Doha, Qatar

Job Description


  • Manage the
    end-to-end monthly payroll cycle
    with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administer HR Information Systems (MENA iTech) and COSEC biometrics.

  • Maintain and update employee records systematically.

  • Oversee employee benefits including leave, insurance, tickets, and settlements.

  • Collaborate with Finance (payroll transactions) and IT (system access).

  • Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, and metric reports to support HR management.

  • Administer separation and final settlement processes.

  • Support HR projects, performance, and year-end reward processes.


Skills


  • Proficiency with
    HR/Payroll systems
    (MENA iTech preferred)
  • Experience with
    COSEC biometrics system
  • Strong knowledge of
    payroll administration
    and employee benefits
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • HR reporting and analytics (preparing MIS, dashboards, metrics)

  • Documentation and record-keeping of HR and payroll data
