JOB SUMMARY:
The HRIS Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for processing and reconciling Oracle HR data systems activity for multiple legal entities. The HRIS Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the accuracy of Union and Non-Union Team Member data, including research, correction of HR data issues, licensing compliance and reporting.
This role will be responsible for creating, reviewing, approving or rejecting HR system transactions in accordance with generally accepted policies and procedures, in addition to understanding and owning HR data for areas assigned, will assist the department manager in presenting to business partners and senior management guidance, training and explanations for system transaction errors and corrections.
HR Data Integrity Specialist will take the lead for HR data and compliance projects and work closely with property HR teams and operators for transactions that affect our Team Members. This position will work closely with and assist the HR Data Integrity Manager in providing exceptional customer service to property management, internal audit, GCB and partnering with our corporate functions to streamline processes to ensure efficiency in how we conduct business. This role will be the subject matter expert in the HCM system and how that function interfaces with reports, transactions etc.
This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for property-based HR personnel, Recruiting and Payroll Departments and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes and report writing. The HR Data Integrity Specialist also supports HCM upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. This role will also be responsible for monitoring multiple support mailboxes, delivering great customer service within communicated SLA’s.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
- Monitor legal compliance with Caesars Entertainment, federal, state and gaming laws & policies
- Recommends solutions to problems by identifying and implementing improvements in the data management process
- Maintaining and updating databases and catalogs of information regarding individuals or legal entities
- Reviewing and approving/rejecting data transactions before it is entered into a database to ensure accuracy
- Maintaining the integrity of data in databases by correcting errors or inconsistencies in files after they have been created
- Investigate data errors to determine whether any laws/regulations are in non-compliance or union contract violations because of the data error, and proactively make decisions and act upon decisions to eliminate the issue.
- Create, run and distribute monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc audit reports of various HR data points to ensure on-going accuracy of the HR system.
- Perform scheduled audits of HR system data, CoEx errors, etc. and update systems as necessary
- Maintains confidentiality of all applicant and employee information.
- Responsible for accurately maintaining employee data input to HCM system
- Responsible for ensuring Sarbanes Oxley compliance and Company policy are followed for all PE Transactions.
- Lead and subject matter expert and trainer for property HR and Department management, regarding the use and understanding of the HR system.
- Develop effective training SOP’s for subject areas of HCM, lacking existing or effective documentation.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for property HR regarding HRIS transactions, I-9 compliance and Gaming procedures and policies.
- Responsible for determining and taking action on licensing expirations that require immediate attention and removing employee from active payroll.
- Administers and monitors work card compliance.
- Adhere to all departments/company policies and procedures.
- Process union increase timely and accurately.
- Leads salary increase tasks to ensure changes are being processed according to company policy, collective bargaining agreements for all Team Members.
- Assists the HR Data Integrity Manager with projects as needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Minimum three (3) years Human Resources Data Systems experience, preferably cloud-based HCM systems and reporting tools
- Knowledge of employment documentation and processes required
- Knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local employment laws
- Literacy and fluency in English required
- Demonstrated experience in a fast past, multitasking environment
- Proficiency in using office equipment (i.e., computer, copy machine, telephone, fax) required
- Ability to create reports and write professional business correspondence
- Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Word and Advanced Excel knowledge required
- Must have experience working and interfacing with various levels of management
- Must be able to partner/team with other departments across the organization professionally
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of clients and candidates in professional and courteous manner at all times
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task accordingly. Ability to maintain focus while handling more than one activity at a time
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment
- Must be willing and able to learn new skills and tasks quickly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Act as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourage others to do the same
- Adhere to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

Must be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke.
