HRIS Support Specialist, HRIS Business Support Department
The HRIS Support Specialist will be a member of the HRIS Business Support team. The HRIS Support Specialist serves as a Tier I & 2 contact for Company team members providing in-depth support related to human capital policy and procedure. The Specialist will handle a variety of employee life cycle data management transactions and will have working knowledge of Payroll and Human Resources operations, and associated transactions. A successful HRIS Support Specialist will act as employee champion, advocate, and change agent.

To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work on a team with 3 other HRIS Support Specialists, reporting to the HRIS Business Support Manager.
