HRIS Lead

About the Job –HRIS Lead | MNT Halan

The HRIS Lead will lead the enhancement and governance of MNT Halan’s HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and operational excellence across all HR functions. This role plays a strategic part in Payroll, Compensation, and Personnel data management, while driving system improvements and providing advanced analytical insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead the daily operations, optimization, and long-term roadmap of the HRIS platform.

-Govern system access, roles, permissions, and data workflows to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

-Develop, maintain, and enhance advanced HR dashboards, analytics, and reports to support strategic decision-making.

-Oversee Workday Payroll and Advanced Compensation configurations, integrations, and issue resolution.

-Partner with Talent Management and other HR leaders to translate business needs into system enhancements.

-Drive process automation and data quality initiatives across HR functions.

-Act as a subject matter expert, guiding HR team members on system best practices and functionalities.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to ensure system alignment and integration accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

-6+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or System Administration roles.

-Proven expertise in Power BI and Python for advanced analytics and automation.

-Strong hands-on experience with Workday Payroll and Advanced Compensation .

-Work Experince in HR Management Systems

-Demonstrated ability to lead system improvements, manage stakeholders, and drive data governance.

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills suited for a fast-paced fintech environment.
