Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, contracts, employee data updates, transfers, and offboarding processes.

Oversee personnel files and ensure accurate documentation in both digital and physical formats.

Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance procedures, and internal HR policies.

Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, and variation letters.

Manage employee leaves, attendance updates, and ensure accuracy of HRIS records.

Coordinate new hire requirements with line managers, IT, and relevant departments for smooth onboarding.

Liaise with labor and social insurance authorities to process monthly updates and new hire registration.

Maintain HRIS data integrity (Oracle), create accounts, update records, and run regular data audits.

Support HR reporting through data extraction, analysis, and preparation of employee reports.

Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, leaves, and general inquiries.

Assist in handling employee relations cases by gathering documentation and supporting HR management.

Manage medical and life insurance processes, including enrollments and claims.

Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in HR functions

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.

Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Oracle Fusion) and workflow management.

Excellent attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic.
