HRIS Officer -3 to 6 months extendable

Contract Duration: 3-6 months (extendable)

Job Summary

Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security while delivering effective HR reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in HRIS implementation, upgrades, and system enhancements
  • Maintain and update HR master data ensuring high data integrity and accuracy
  • Ensure HR data security and compliance with data protection standardsPrepare HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports
  • Conduct system testing (UAT & integration) for smooth functionality
  • Coordinate with users and IT to resolve system-related issues
  • Support system configuration, integrations, and vendor coordination
  • Perform regular HR data audits and maintain documentation
  • Provide user support and contribute to HR analytics initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5-8 years of HR experience, including 4+ years in HRIS
  • Hands on experience in HR system implementation and upgrades
  • Strong understanding of data integrity, data security, and compliance
  • Good analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
