Job Title: HRIS Officer (Human Resource Information System)

Contract: 6-month outsourced role (Extendable, depending on the requirement)

Working Hours: 8 hours / 5 days

Transportation: Provided within Abu Dhabi city limits

Qualifications: Proven experience with HR systems such as PeopleStrong, SmartRecruiters, and HONO, experience in HR system implementation and integration projects, understanding of HR processes, SOPs, and SLAs.

Own visa candidates and immediate joiners are preferred

Job Summary:

The HRIS Officer will support the development, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and platforms in alignment with company policies and procedures. This role ensures data integrity, system efficiency, and effective reporting to support HR operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of HR systems and platforms.
  • Design and maintain HR dashboards; prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of HR master data.
  • Conduct system testing, including integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS-related issues on time.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for system integrations, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Perform regular HR data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user manuals and process guides.
  • Provide technical support and training to HRIS users.
  • Assist in system configuration, customization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for system implementation and support.
  • Support HR analytics initiatives by generating insights from system data.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Contribute to the development and adherence of HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5-8 years of HR experience in the UAE, including at least 3 years of hands on experience in HRIS systems.
  • Proven experience with HR systems such as PeopleStrong, SmartRecruiters, and HONO.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR system implementation and integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, SOPs, and SLAs.
  • Experience in managing HR data, reporting, and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
