Brief Job Description and Requirements

Job Position: HRIS Specialist

Location: Doha, Qatar

Duration: Permanent

  • No gender or nationality requirements, good English. Local candidates only. Should have knowledge and experience in full end-to-end payroll management process, not just assisting, and should have experiencing managing payroll for a large group of employees. For us here we are doing 1000+ employees. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field required. Minimum 3 years progressive HRIS administration experience, including payroll processing, compensation, and talent management systems. Proficient in managing HR systems (preferably Mena Tech), performance management modules, payroll operations WPS compliance, deductions, reconciliations), and final settlements with legal compliance. Skilled in administering medical and life insurance policies, generating HR reports and analytics, and advanced Excel functions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure. Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors is essential.
  • Salary: 7,250 QAR Full Package
