Overview:
Olive Technologies FZE a leading provider of Payroll and HR solutions in the Middle East, South Asia and Africa region with a mission to provide quality products and services in the HR and Payroll domain. As a growing UAE based services firm, Olive Middle east is seeking IT Applications Support Specialist professionals to join its Support & Implementation team.
The Applications Support Specialist will provide technical support to users in multiple levels of experience and system access, prepare documentation, provide training, improve system usability by working with other members of the application team, and support corporate strategies and goals.
The position involves telephone support, although the specialist may also assist users through emails and messaging services as well. It is of utmost importance that the specialist has extensive knowledge of the enterprise applications.

Provide expertise and technical knowledge about the suite of HRIS/HCM applications being provided both internally and externally to users.
