Position: HR Operations – Compliance

Location: On-site at Tata Electronics Systems Solutions Pvt. Ltd. TESS), Narsapura, Bangalore

Type: Full-Time | On-site

Experience: 1–4 Years

About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to manage compliance processes for our large-scale blue-collar workforce. This role ensures adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:Ensure end-to-end compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory regulationsAudit HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits)Maintain accurate compliance documentation and employee recordsCoordinate with legal/audit teams for internal and external auditsTimely filings for PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.Implement HR policies aligned with compliance mandatesTrack labor law changes and update internal practicesProvide compliance training and support to HR teamsRespond to statutory and employee compliance queriesAssist in risk mitigation and internal HR audits

Requirements:Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field

1–4 years of experience in HR Ops with strong compliance exposureSound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory filingsExcellent communication and documentation skillsProficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools

Preferred:Experience with compliance in mid-to-large organizationsExposure to managing blue-collar workforce operations
