Look no further – we're on the hunt for a part-time HR/Payroll Coordinator who can add a splash of excitement to our team while keeping things running like clockwork!

Responsibilities

Payroll Prestige:

• Take the reins on payroll processing with finesse, ensuring every digit is in its place.
• Dive into semi-monthly payroll magic – it's like a financial dance, complete with deduction reconciliations and garnishments and successful completion of EDI feeds and 401(k) administration.
• Keep the payroll realm compliant by taming payroll liabilities and tax agency dragons.

HR Heroics:

• Step into the spotlight of rock-star service, fielding inquiries and assisting with policies and programs.
• Be the author of employment verifications, crafting tales of professional triumph.
• Juggle filing feats and master general office magic, from photocopying to email wizardry.

Qualifications Quest:

• Bring at least 2 years of HR/payroll experience to the adventure.
• Possess the legendary UKG Ready Payroll skills (or be eager to learn).
• Weave Excel spells to manipulate data like a wizard with formulas and pivot tables.
• Communicate with the eloquence of a bard and organize like a dwarven treasure hoard.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (if you have a degree, you've leveled up!).
