Key Responsibilities:
- Implement company HSE policies, procedures, and project-specific safety plans at site level
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and client HSE standards
- Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, lifting operations, excavation, and hot work
- Verify that work permits are properly issued, controlled, and closed
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers and supervisors
- Ensure all workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Participate in risk assessments and job safety analysis before new activities commence
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain HSE records including inspection reports, training records, incident logs, and audit findings
- Support emergency preparedness activities including drills and response coordination
- Coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors to ensure safe execution of work
- Promote a positive safety culture across the workforce
Qualifications:
- Nationality: Omani Only
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Recognized HSE certification such as NEBOSH IGC or equivalent
- Additional certifications in first aid, firefighting, or scaffolding inspection are preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of HSE experience in construction projects
- Experience in infrastructure, oil & gas, civil, or building projects is an advantage

- Ability to identify hazards and implement control measures
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence workers and supervisors

Pay: RO500.000 - RO800.000 per month
