Job Title: HSE Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to join our team. The role requires strong expertise in health, safety, and environmental practices within maintenance management. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of relevant experience in a compatible facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Participate in planning and execution of maintenance projects with a focus on quality and safety.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.
• Provide training and awareness sessions for staff on safety practices and emergency preparedness.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure safe project execution.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to safety performance and quality control.
• Assist management in driving continuous improvement in HSE and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant maintenance management experience in a compatible facility.
• Proven experience in Planning and Quality Control of maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in report writing, audits, and use of safety management systems.
• Experience in GCC region, particularly in facilities management.
• HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) etc.
