HSE Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety inductions to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, Qatar HSE laws, and other regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance across projects.
• Collaborate with project management to enhance safety culture and practices.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certification is mandatory.
• Ashghal approval is an added advantage.
• 10–15 years of HSE experience in construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and HSE management systems.
