HSE Engineer

We are hiring a qualified HSE Engineer with strong UAE experience in building construction, specifically villas and high-rise projects. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with Trakhees, DM, and other local authority approvals, and have a solid background in implementing HSE standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, Trakhees, Dubai Municipality (DM), and other authority requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, site inspections, and safety audits.
• Prepare and submit safety reports, incident investigations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for safety-related approvals.
• Train and supervise site personnel on HSE practices.
• Maintain proper documentation for all HSE records and approvals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UAE HSE experience in villa and high-rise building projects.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE laws, Trakhees, DM, and other relevant authorities.
• Valid certifications: NEBOSH IGC (mandatory), OSHA/IOSH (preferred).
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle site emergencies and enforce safety standards.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• Additional safety qualifications and authority registrations are a plus.
