• Regular risk assessments and safety audits of landscaping sites are essential. These processes should identify potential hazards and ensure the implementation of appropriate control measures. Findings must be documented, reported, and followed by recommendations for corrective actions.

Training and Education

• Develop and deliver HSE training for employees and contractors, ensuring awareness of safety procedures and emergency protocols through regular toolbox talks and safety briefings.

Incident Investigation and Reporting

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes, prepare detailed reports, and recommend/implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Environmental Management

• Promote environmental sustainability through effective waste management and disposal, alongside diligent monitoring of compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

Emergency Preparedness and Response

• Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct drills and training, and coordinate with local emergency services.

• Promote employee health and wellness programs and monitor occupational health hazards, implementing preventive measures.

Continuous Improvement

• Maintain current knowledge of HSE best practices and technologies, implement continuous improvements in HSE management systems, and actively participate in HSE meetings and forums.
