HSE Engineer

Job Summary

Falcon Group of Companies is hiring an experienced HSE Engineer with a strong civil engineering background to oversee and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across construction projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies in compliance with UAE laws and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Prepare and review Method Statements, Risk Assessments (RA), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Ensure compliance with NEBOSH standards, client requirements, and company HSE procedures.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions.
• Monitor PPE usage and safe work practices on site.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain HSE standards.
• Maintain HSE documentation and reports for audits and authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• NEBOSH IGC (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction/civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
• Experience with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 is an advantage.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
